• Within 12 Hours of Purchase (Before Shipment): You can cancel your order and receive a full refund without any additional fees.
• After 12 Hours (Before Shipment): You can still cancel your order, but a 10% handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
• After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can initiate a return after receiving the product (see the return policy below).

Refunds and Replacements
We will provide a refund or exchange in the following situations:

• Item Not Received: If your package is lost in transit, we will provide a full refund or a free reshipment.
• Wrong Product Received: Please send us photos of the incorrect item. We will provide a full refund or a free reshipment.
• Damaged or Defective Product: If the damage occurred during shipping, please file a claim with the carrier—our customer service team will gladly assist you. In the case of a manufacturing defect, please send us clear photos or videos, and we will process a refund or a free replacement.

Right to Return
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict health and safety standards, returned items must be new, unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

If a manufacturing defect is identified within 90 days of receiving your order, please contact our customer support team with clear photos or videos of the issue for review.

Once the defect has been verified, we will provide one complimentary replacement of the same item or an equivalent product at no additional cost.

For hygiene and safety reasons, each order is eligible for one replacement claim only. Claims submitted after the 90-day warranty period or repeated claims for the same purchase cannot be accepted.
